Refund policy

Made-to-Order Products Since all of our products are custom-made to order, we have a limited return policy.

When Returns Are Accepted You may return an item only if:

• It arrives defective or damaged
• It does not match your order (wrong size, color, or design)

How to Request a Return Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the return process.

Refunds Approved returns will be refunded in full, including original shipping costs (if the issue was on our end). Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or modified.
